Thanks Jim, Kinda think I'll keep it. Hopping to bring it to MITP in May but might end up being in Washington helping my sister-in-law instead. Lots going on here and not sureCareful, Fred! Based on the prices I’ve seen for cars that have sold online, that’s a bargain when compared to your workmanship, and someone here might just say “Sold”!
(Hmmmmmm. Do you deliver?)

is going to happen. If you need (want?) some help on that road trip just give me a shout. I love the scenery on that drive! Thanks Jim, Kinda think I'll keep it. Hopping to see that sweet white car of yours on the road soon. I think it needs a nice red pin stripe down the sides. That Scamp is gorgeous.... and with the Bluprint engine
Fred can't sell it. It's too nice.
I think your boss knows you are a good worker and hard to find people that care about their work.Ok, I’ve had two naps today, and the snow has stopped. Time to clear the hills on the driveway (we got MAYBE another half inch or so).
Oh! Chatted with my boss earlier today, and he told me he’s going to pay my full wages while I recuperate, regardless of how much time I actually put-in. Starting tomorrow, as long as I’m open, honest, and communicate about what I can do, he’s going to let work from home. This way: No commute, I can work as much as I’m able, and I can stop if/when I need a break. Best news I’ve had for a week or so!
Hope not. I closed my back door Mike so that might help.
Thanks Fred. Yeah, me as well.Hopping to see that sweet white car of yours on the road soon. I think it needs a nice red pin stripe down the sides.
The factory color was a pain in the *** to match back in the old days and still today. That wimelton white(if I spelled it right) had over 10 different colors and all named the same paint code. Today is not much different. Thanks Fred. Yeah, me as well.
Pinstripe would be cool. Maybe if I take it back to the WW-1 white
I think I matched it with the stuff I did the engine bay with. More a cream color than the bright whiteThe factory color was a pain in the *** to match back in the old days and still today. It runs. Built up to 120 PSI before shutting off. Which is probably where the safety switch is set too. Take is rated for 160.
- The compressor if it runs. Otherwise $150.00
- The bell probably a reproduction around $100.00
I am no expert but I hear white is one of the hardest colors to match. The factory color was a pain in the *** to match back in the old days and still today. That wimelton white(if I spelled it right) had over 10 different colors and all named the same paint code. Today is not much different.
