So i had a post about a miss, when driving it would mis at any rpm i was cruising at, but didnt notice a miss when in nuetral or park, so i checked fuel, regulator on 6psi, floar levels were way high so i fixed that, set all idle screws 1 3/4 turns out, now when holding at a steady rpm it drops about 3-400 rpm then goes back up. Isnt that a sign of a vaccum leak? Video below.

Are you using vacuum advance? What is your total timing?

No mechanical, and 36 total, all in by 3000

Well i re-jetted the carb and put in new power valves, still missed and surged, so i got some new plugs and found this.... Id say thats the culprit

Cant really see it in the pic but it is burt through the core of the wire

Much better now, i went down 2 jet sizes bc the plugs looked a little rich, my uncle had a bunch of 90* plug boots so i replaced the end of that plug wire with one, new powervalves i had layin around, hit the fuel pump and fired right up, now it ls running like it was when we first got it together.
