I think we had a similar situation on the coast around here in the past. That was the first thing that those responsible for clean up brought up. "Let's see. Scattering whale bits all over the beach? Possible property damage? Physical injury? Naw, drag it back out to sea and let it wash up in the next county. Let them deal with it."
