Has anybody ever put a list together or has done the hemi swap into an A-Body without buying all the aftermarket parts that make it easier. And can it be done? Just curious

would you consider motor and midplate stuff easier than bolt in stuff? cuz non of the bolt in stuff existed when i did mine. just saying it wasnt spectacularly exciting to do it from a cost or fabwork point of view.

I was just wondering if you can use the same front suspension or do you have to change all the suspension in the front? I'm not worried about modifying things, I was just curious

you will have to read up on the guys that did early abody swaps. there are a few of them in the build section to read through. i did a 67 so not an early abody

The steering box gets in the way. Can it work yes but the exhaust will be completely custom and tough to make. This was my mock up. I ended up putting a Gerst suspension in my car. This really gave me more room. It is a lot of work and will require skill.
