Quite a few if not all. Pro Stock teams usually have a few spare engines with them.
What ever it takes to win on Sunday. More money in parts than I'd ever comprehend.

They have 10 rear gears for 2 cars.
They also have over 200 Liberty Gear sets for the transmissions.

It's a 9.5" case I believe, they're billet 7000 series aluminium. Case alone is $3-4K from memory. Let alone all the parts in them. There is next to no drag in them when you turn them.
