Looks good. How do you keep the unit from rotating on the stand?
@Chuter Right now it rotates only if I turn it by hand, but if I were to put the pumpkin in, I would assume it will rotate down on its own. Probably if I put a rubber strap of some kind on one of the uprights to wrap around one or both of the axel tubes I could make it not spin easily on the uprights
you got me thinking about that rotating, so I came up with this!
two hose clamps, one secured permanently and the other made to come off easily. Also put a piece of weatherstripping under the clamp to better clamp the tube down.

Looks like that should work. I remember chasing mine around when I had it resting on a pair of jack stands, with a third under the pinion to "control" rotation.

This is one I made. It doubles as an engine/trans dolly. Spare spring perches make it all work.
@rmchrgr lol I didn't even think about using my spare set of spring perches
