I didn't see anything out of bounds.

Every forum has it own place for memes. Blue room, n and p .jokes. etc.
The old one was closed and a new one was started.
Not like there isn't a thread to post in.

Just put your memes in the proper forum. To many duplicates or in the wrong forum. Some are just image's not even memes.
Nothing has changed just organizing. Them.
Duplicates will be deleated.
