She's a beaut Clark!
Yes, it will have to be narrowed. I don't have mine narrowed, but you are welcome to come see my car. It's mini-tubbed w/springs moved in and 295's.
here's some torq thrusts, 15x7 in the rear with a 235-60-15 and a 14x6 in front with a 160-70-14 i think, wanting to go with a 15x10 or 15x12 in back really bad!!!
are those SBP? where did you get the 15 x 5.5s?i love torq thrusts, but american racing doesnt make them as nice as ET does right now. really vintage is the best choice all the way round.
steelies are a good choice too.
here is my 65.
15X5" 165 80 r15 up front
15X7" 245 60 r15 in back
as for 17" wheels, i just cant get used to the look.
throws whole cars off for me.
A few pretty good looking early A's here.....I know they arent 14/15's like most of you guys like
whats the biggest size tire i can fit on my 1965 barracuda with doing a spring relocation kit but with out mini tubs
i would like to do torq thrust 2 wheels 15x10 with 295 50 15 in rear and 15x7 in front
On my 65 Cuda I have 275's on the rear with the springs moved in. This is in the stock wheel well. I don't think anything bigger can fit. With a 17 x 9 it leaves about 1/4 of an inch around the tire with the correct back spacing of 5.95 inch's.whats the biggest size tire i can fit on my 1965 barracuda with doing a spring relocation kit but with out mini tubs

You would have to do a mini-tub w/295. I think a 255/60 will fit with the right offset and/or offset hangers and shackles.
