Currently have 245/60/14 rear and front 185/70/14 so the front tires look small to me I am thinkin switch to 205/70/14 maybe 215/70/14 ? Tires are currently on 70 340 duster.

Backspace/offset of the wheels can make a difference on what you can get away with. More of the tire to the inside, the taller you can get away with.
I'd set your current front tires as close to the front edge of the front wheel well, see how much clearance you have now, and decide how tall you are willing to go. I think your Duster has more room than say, an A-body Barracuda.
I'd try to keep the front diameter at 26" or less
(Both sizes mentioned are 25+inches.)

Right now. Is 14 inch wheel 14x5.5 I pretty much need change tire size for this ride more correct tire size.

My fronts are 205/70-14's on 14x6 Wheel Vintiques Rallys.
The rears are 255/60-15's on 15x7 Wheel Vintiques Rallys with a 4.25 backspace. The rears are pretty close to the wheel lips on the outside. It's good I have an extra leaf in the stock springs to raise it up and gives it a bit of stiffness.

Right now tires is wear on 14x8
245/60/14 and front is 185/70/14 front seems small to me thinkin 205/70/14 or maybe 195s or 215s ?

Fronts are 195/75R14 on 14" X 5 1/2" factory Rallye
Rears are 245/60R15 on 15" X 7" WheelVintiques Rallye (room for 255/60R15 next time)

Nice- 340 in Red. Doesn't get much better than that. 245/60/15 on the rear up there. For me they fit just right.

Yup finally got the ride the one I had it got it away and got this car. So as for now what I have 245/60/14 rear find oit my original leaf springs worn out flat soon swap another set.

I suggest you rearch the ones you have it'sbetter steel than you get new. If you have 5 leaves add a 6th.
