Torque Output??

I know there are a ton of these threads, but I'm interested in a ballpark figure for how much torque my 360 should be pushing.
360 block .060 over
KB 107 Flat tops
Iron heads with small 1.88/1.60 valves, gasket matched and ported (don't know flow numbers)
Lunatti Voodoo 268 cam, .494/.513 lift
RPM Air-Gap Intake
Stock crank/rods
What do you guys think? Thanks!

did you want more tq? I know there is a build that used 302 heads and is a tq monster....

Ya, more interested in Torue than peak HP numbers. This will be a street car so I'm looking for a lot of grunt on the bottom end. Close to 400 lb-ft. would make me happy for sure!
