I am running a 318 with 360 heads full port and polish, comp cams cam,headers,727 with 2500 stall. I am finishing putting it together and I am putting a weind tunnel ram with 2 holley 650s vaccum secondaries.
question 1. will i have enough vaccum or how does the seondaries work?
question 2. is there any certain way they should be set up like both chokes or no chokes or one choke should i have both carbs tied together?
question 3. how to adjust idle both adjusy or just one? any help would be highly appreciated.

Specs on the cam? Compression ratio? 390 CFM 4bbls or 500 CFM 2bbls would be a better choice for the small cube engine in most cases.... Most tunnel ram carbs have no choke horns much less chokes. Cold driveablility (choke) and tunnel ram don't belong in the same sentence. I have run a single 4 tunnel ram on the street but not on a 318...

I know this doesn't answer your question, but run a 4bbl.

The answer to the question needs more info about your engine. Cam specs! carb size, etc........

cam is a comp thumper series with 497 483 lift with 107 lobe sep 287 305 duration. compression bout 10-1. I am definetly going with 2 fours but I just didnt know how to set them up. thanks

This is going in my 53 Mercury pick up.
76 truck 360 40 over, 10 mains, 10 rods, Later 318 heads hogged out, stock rods, stock crank, cheap speed pro (Summit) pistons, Comp Cams 268H-10 cam, going to run a 518 with 3.23's. I need to track down a pair of 390s that I can put electric chokes in. The carbs in the pics are 450 no chokes.
