The 340 I purchased that has a bunch of parts from different years has "matching" valve covers. They both have the factory clips for tying down the passenger side wiring harness, but one accommodates a PCV valve and the other a crankcase breather. Weird.

The one with the push on is 67, the one with the grommet is 68, both are right side.

A great set of valve covers..........it's hard to beat the factory lay out of the wires.......out of the way, they don't get burnt.

You mean your push on breather valve cover (driver side) has provision for tying down a wiring harness like on the passenger side valve cover?

I just went and unburied my bone stock 69 318 out of my 69 B-Cuda,, and my valve covers only have the Wire hold downs on the pass side, along with the PCV valve. the left has no wire hold downs, it has the breather, tho.
My curriosty was activated by this thread.

Seems like the front loom on the driver side would get caught in the throttle linkage

This is an aussie 69 set, we only have loom clips on one side, interesting!

From out of the past. This is what a junkyard 71 Duster/Demon engine looked like when swapped into my old 70 RR somewhere way back then, about 73 or so. I STILL HAVE THE J HEADS!!!
