Under-dash work in SF Bay

Need a few things done under the dash of my '73 swinger & was looking for a shop recommendation in the SF East Bay (Oakland) area. Need the washer seals replaced & wiper mechanism reconnected as well as a new heater core (possibly an electrical insp). Anyone know of a shop that can do the work before I start on body/paint? Thx in advance.
