Unity Motorsports Doing their 318 Project!

Far as I understand from some of the car shows I watch that have broke it down.

They say they get 5-7 dollars per 1000 views, So I use $6 per 1000.
range is much wider than that but.... and much more than just a view involved, though that's a huge part of it... Things like duration of view time per view is huge, if the content has cuss words, dirty jokes, etc etc .. all plays a part

My point is their probably at least supplementing their hobby at best scraping a living out of it, but not becoming multimillionaires. Their motive has to be more than just views for money especially if there's a great cost of time and money doing each video, probably why UTG does his story time videos.

True, there's this saying if you can get a 1,000 true fans that will buy most of you stuff you can make a living from them.

If you sale items that make a yearly profit $100-500+ profit x 1,000 fans = Making a living :)

So there's merch... and there's "membership" (this has always been kind of a joke to me) ..... and there's sponsors, among other ways to make money. Even sell products (which is a great way to sell products!)

Andy has a full-time job, as does Shane, as do most of us. IF you look at how many channels there actually are (even the ones with 10 subscribers), very few % can actually make their living off of it.

Charlies videos were cool to see how a flow bench works and if I had a flow bench I would probably tune in regularly. That's why he probably had low views.

So me ? If I want to say, know what the port cfm of J heads are I believe there is a chart out there somewhere ill google it. Its not exact science but its a relatively close number for the equation when doing the math.

I take all the guys making videos with a grain of salt. What I look for is kernels of truth that may have been overlooked by myself and others. The rest can just go in one ear and out the other. I do want to know more about porting as Vizard has some good thoughts on this. What would be spectacular is for someone to produce porting templates for various heads so armatures like me can get decent results from stock heads and some unpaid labor.

You guys... if they weren't putting out good information, youtube wouldn't allow it.
