I installed the USCT Spring relocation kit on my 72 Dart, and I would like to relocate the front eye 1"-1 1/2" or so towards the rear of the vehicle to increase the spacing between the front of the wheel well and the tire so I can accommodate taller tires.

I grabbed this photo off the innerwebz of an e-body hanger to demonstrate the move I want to make. It is only for visual aid.

I have not ordered my driveshaft yet so if I must order a longer drive shaft I can do so.
The rear shackles seem to have plenty of play left to move rearward from their current installed location, or would I have to relocate the shackle the same distance rearward?

I was thinking of just dropping the car off so they can measure and set the pinion angle

That will possibly put the rear shackle in a non optimal position.

Depends on the rear axle perches you have- if they are like this

just slide the rear end back and use the front most hole in your perch to locate your rear axle on the spring pin. You may have to enlarge the hole a bit. Then drill a corresponding hole in your shock plate 1- 1 1/2" forward of the existing one and bolt it all back together. Done. No worries about changing suspension mounting points.

My b-body has the rear moved back an inch. Shocks? No problem. Rear shackles, have slightly more of the correct angle, no problem. I didn't have to change the driveshaft length, you might.
Tires more centered in the wheelwell for better appearance (secondary) and more room for a taller tire.... win-win.
Almost forgot: redrilled the front hanger lower than oem, gave more tire clearance at the top of the wheelwell opening, and changed the instant center in the direction I wanted to go (reducing rear body lift at launch).
