Have you done a compression or leak down test? Do you know what your cranking pressure should be to compare against? Might find a hole (or more) that is the culprit.I can't say you are wrong. Again I have lower tension rings on narrow 4.5 bore Diamond pistons. File fit done at a reputable shop. The engine was dynoed and dialed in there. If there's a ring issue I'll have to talk to them
Another, more simple question, just trying to eliminate variables here…looks like oil high up on driver side there; could your remote filter block or connections be leaking at higher pressure?
