Here is some video that I promised. I did lose my camera but my friend just bought a new HD camera, and I thought... "What a perfect way to break in his new camera, by filming my car! Now granted I had to transfer the video to Youtube which makes the quality of the video suck, but you'll get the idea.
The first video is dark I know, but you'll get the idea of how the /6 sounded before the transformation. The next video is of the 360 I picked up from a Dodge Demon when I first bought it ($600.00) :toothy3: . Little did I know when I took off the heads the pistons where pitted to hell from detonation. I took in in to a shop, they suggested a full rebuild. They also said that the bearings were spun as well. As you can see, it really seemed to run well. After some (or a lot) of web site work and $1,200 I have a rebuilt stroked 360 to show for it.
The last video is of my car (73 Duster) is with open headers for all who is wondering.
The picture is how I found the car behind a bar in Cedarburg, WI. The second is of the 360 that came from the Demon that I thought was in good condition (Note pitting in cylinders). Next picture I noticed were two different J heads. One had hardened seats, the other did not. I also noticed a valve busted loose sometime in it's life. The next picture is what the machine shop did for me. The last couple pictures is the final outcome of the project for now. I won't be able to afford a paint job for a long while, so I figured... what the Hell?? So i just added the stripes, hood scoop and spoiler. Done for the year!
Basically I spent, $1000.00 for the car, and $1,200 for the stroked 360 and misc $$$ for extra parts, Original Mopar hood scoop was $185.00, and spoiler, $100.00 from E-bay. You'll see from the video what it's become.
I owe a lot of thanks to friends at home and my friends on FABO! :notworth:
 :drinkers: :supz: :burnout:
