VIN Plate for 1965 Barracuda

Is there anyone who makes new stainless steel VIN plates for the early A bodies and if so what are the requirements for getting one made.

The DMV makes them as long as you provide all the right and legal paperwork. Might have a salvage stigma attached to it though.
