voltage limiter

Have tried and restored and dashboards. On a Barracuda 67
Have bought a new circuit,
but has prob with and get the instruments and work?
Do I need and have a voltage limiter? before and get them to work?

The voltage limiter is inside the fuel gauge. It supplys power to the oil and temp gauges also.

Yes, in the fuel gage. By 1969 I know the voltage limiter was a separate rectangular can plugged into the dash circuit board, except Rally dashes (w/ tachometer) that kept it in the fuel gage until ~1973.

Search on ebay for "voltage limiter" and "Plymouth". Some sellers give photos about how to disable the one in the fuel gage. Can also find posts here in a search w/ links to a vendor site (R.C. Electronics?).
