Evans waterless coolant is the best you can get as it has basically zero corrosion properties. does not expand and pressurize the cooling system like water and has a boiling point higher than an engine can keep running at. (meaning it will not boil over ever)
They say that even if you get a hole in a hose it only drips because it doesn't expand at temperature like water.
But then at 50 bucks a gallon it should be pretty special.
As far as lubricants goes, there are a shitload of opinions but I believe it really depends on the motor.
