OilFilterData.com - Specifications for Fram PH16
All quality brands-Good callWix, Baldwin, Hastings, Fleetguard. NO FRAM, then, now, or ever (again)
Wix 1 quart is 51515, Wix short is 51068.
I could use a part number for a good quality oil filter with a anti drain back valve, the short one. Also one for more flow and one that has more filtration. Thanks all.
I think the Ford FL1A has the anti drain back valve. I have used them plenty of times on a small block with a 90 degree adapter. I use a gray scuff pad to get the Ford logo off, and then put a Mopar Performance sticker on it....lol.
I'd rather see a Ford filter on a MoPar than a Fram. Wal-Mart SuperTech filters are MUCH higher quality units than Fram! I run the SuperTech ST-2 on my Ford...
