Post #395 is a belt stretcher, not so common any longer. Replaced by make, model, serial number, and application, or your just **** out of luck. LOL

A belt gauge. No stretching there.
 
High torque beer opener. This is the less common bi-directional model, suitable for use on either left or right handed bottles. Make sure you set the lever on your ratchet appropriately before using it.
North or south of the equator?
 
They have miniature ones like that to measure turntable/cassette player belts at the electronics store I got to.

Well, its a lead sheath cable knife. The thicker part is where you hammer on it to slice/break the lead sheath or case on an old telephone cable or splice.
