You might run in the 15's on street tires with a 4 speed your first trip to a track. It will be hot and greasy and you will be in and out of the throttle, missing shifts, rolling at the lights, etc, etc. Don't set yourself up to be disappointed. Then if you lay down a solid low 14 like the pros did on a perfect day when the car was stock you can be stoked. Then get good and your mods should put you in the 13's, then add slicks and run in the 12's and start breaking things.
