I told my wife that this is all I want :)

Santa has already come and gone at our place, as we put in a new well pump a month or so ago.

But the nieces and nephews will still take home a haul, I'm sure!

I got my speedmaster heads for my 318 barracuda. Now, a cam and rockers would be nice and some overtime at work would be handy. But all that aside, my health and my loved ones health are all good so I’m a blessed man

Nothing. I'm at the age where, if I really want it, I buy it. My wife and I don't exchange anymore. We go out and have a nice (expensive) dinner to be a gift. I know some think its mean, but after all these years, she just buys what she wants, like me. She wasn't too crazy about it, but after 50 years, come on. Granddaughters are the main concern .. 10 and 6 they make out real well. Real well. :):)

My wife and I don't exchange gifts either, same reason, just buy it if you want/need it. We may have a few friends over for dinner, but not much else. I'm just happy to get through another year and be a little bit closer to retirement.

A Dorman pilot bushing, ball stud frame bracket, and an eight ball gear shift knob. And an adult sized baseball glove; My oldest has a bit of an arm on 'em.

Ditto. My 2 granddaughters do very well too (5 and 8). Christmas is for kids. We, on the other hand, are trying to get rid of stuff and not accumulate more.

I already got 2 distributors for my 400, points and electronic. But there's also a fuel pump, another distributor,a coil and an ignition box coming..

new brake and fuel hard lines for the wagon(s). work socks. maybe a new high carbon steel pan for omelettes.

contrary to popular belief, i'm not a terribly exciting person.

You don't use that nasty non stick stuff, do you? That'll rot your guts out.

Us too! Although Kitty also uses her stainless set. She has lots of OLD cast iron cookware.
i posted that somewhat in jest. but yeah, same here. a lot of all-clad and old school no-name commercial stuff.

actually hoping for a plancha... so we'll see what krampus brings!

(whatever it is, i hope there's socks too!)

Kitty actually uses her cast iron stuff quite regularly.

Tbh Kitty is right to have the old cast iron. The new stuff ain't finished correctly, real rough cooking surfaces. I bought a new one and ended up sanding it with my da and 40 grit because it was so rough. Better to buy an old pan and sand/cure it.
