Whats the deal with the KB 243's, good or not?

As others here, I have used the KB-107’s a few times with excellent results and zero problems. I also don’t push a Hyper slug to the limits with ridiculous expectations and punishing environments above and beyond the recommendations of the manufacturer.

I’m not running a 13-1 plus mill with a 300 shot in a race car. Is it possible? Sure, though at this level, give me a forged slug and relieve me of any worry.

Talk to Racetec.... they have 2618 and 4032 forged pistons and they will custom build anything you want .

Any ring pack, CH, skirt, etc. that can be built with their stock slugs.

Just spotted a few standard ones online for $115-120 APIECE, and a set of 6 for $1100.....probably not going to be anywhere comparable in price to KB/ICON FRH/SRP/etc.
