Where does this taillight ground?

common sense says that a bulb needs a ground and a hot..
Ok where is the ground for the bulb with the red wire?

Or "it once" grounded through the housing. IF you can salvage that lamp shell, clean it up, then solder a pigtail to the lamp shell, and bolt that to the body somewhere

I cant get continuity anywheree on the housing for a ground so
Solder grounds to these circled plugs ..right

Looks like 71-73 dart tail light housings. The ground wire attaches to the trunk lock support on the left side. I will go get a pic of mine.
I would also run a ground straight from each housing to the frame. This will greatly decrease the chance of having a ground issue.
