Which of these two fans?

One is a Derale and one is the one that came on my truck. I will also be using a Hayden HD / Truck fan clutch. Radiator is a stock replacement heavy duty.

All the clutch type fans I've seen have the large center hole and bolt pattern?

Yours look like straight mechanical fans.

Neither one will work with a clutch drive. Both are direct drive. Clutch drive has a much larger center opening.

Skip the clutch fan. Use the one on top and send it.
