Which year are these wheels?

Saw these for sale in France, they have number A74072 on it, suppose to be Plymouth wheels.
Never seen these before...are they really special?

No they are not really special , they are missing the center caps. They are 77 and later m body wheels.

I think I remember seeing them on late 70's Cordobas or Magnums, too.

Ok, didn't realize that, still cool looking, yeah!
I thought maybe they where from a turbine car or so...
