I'm not good at typing what I think but I'll give it my best.
I could care less of what year the car is or who made it, It's more of what the person that owns it did to it to improve it or make the old ones back to original shape. We all have or likes and dislikes and I for one like to see some that put an effort in putting some of there ideas or call it art into there cars.
My car might not be the best of years and even some of the newer ones but if the owner puts an effort in building it than I'm interested. Could care less if one guys beak is bigger than the other. LOL

Sound like you wanna sell it as close to a numbers car as possible.
No one would go through the trouble to do that if it didnt bring some reward..especially if you already have a slant car/s.
Aren't you a used car saleswoman? Do I have that right? Do you keep all these cars or is not the intent to sell them?
Thats the impression I get.
If so, listen to the market and follow the money....
Ummmm no!!! You have me pegged completely wrong. I don't sell cars, show me an ad where I did other than the dodge truck and 68 fury that I parted out. I don't sell cars, I have given away more than I have sold. Years ago I bought out the remaining stock of a closing salvage yard and saved a bunch of them from the crusher, so instead of just letting them sit " I'll fix them someday" I'm actually trying to fix them. I got this 75 in a lot with a bunch of cars in 2016 and it's been awhile but this car's number is up now and it's getting on the road. The 318 was trash and I'm getting ready to replace my daily driven 68 dart. I tried with the 68 valiant but that's going to awhile because the unexpected rusted torsion bar cross member that i have to fix.

I fix cars, that's what I do because I want to be a mechanic, I am not a sales lady.

To me wrenching is an *** kicking good time, even though cars are about as money draining as being a crackwhore but at least you get to keep nice teeth :poke:

If some of you like the 73-up cars so much, why put all the effort into eliminating/modifying the parts that are unique to the 73-up cars to begin with? :poke:
The giagntic bumpers and fillers. I say leave 'em on. Own that ****.
I'll own it, happily.
Found a deal on my '75 Swinger, I only got it because I promised myself (and my wife) that it was not going to be another "project car". It was in decent shape, body and interior; but needed many things addressed: some messed up wiring, wiper linkage, kickdown linkage, and a crappy Chinese all in one ignition, to name only a few.
But now it's our driver while other projects get worked on, it's loaded and everything is working. 318/904/8.25, PS, PB, AC, cruise control.
Is it my favorite year? No, '68 Darts claim my heart. But I have come to appreciate it for what it is, and we drive the wheels off of it and never fails to get comments. Now we have something to keep us happy while the rest of the fleet gets worked on.
My only dilemma is wheels- with basically nothing to do on it, I find myself swapping wheels and tires constantly to fit my mood. Kind of a "3 Faces of Eve" thing.

(And don't tell the wife, but I do have a factory E58 360 tucked into a corner of the shop, for the time when the temptation to "do something" with it gets too great...)
Long live the Beakers!

THAT IS SWEET.

of all the wheel choices, i'd personally opt for the top one...the 14 inch deluxe wheel covers.

Yeah, I gotta admit- over the years, I've come to appreciate wheelcovers and whitewalls more and more; getting tougher to find in some sizes, though. There's a lot to be said for the "stone stock" look.

I've always dug the Steelies w/ chrome lug nuts...white walls are cool, depending on car, I think...

The later A's arent my favorite, but if you have one, or it's the only option for you, then build one, and drive the wheels off of it!!

My first car was a '74 Dart Swinger back when i was in High School in the mid 90's. $500 bux, and getting insurance, and I was a driver!

if you have a 73-up abody and like it who cares who likes them or not. for me i don't like them. can't stand the raised plastic side markers.. . the cars are just not muscle looking at all in my opinion but who the hell am i to say.

I even like the 72 and up side markers.

Chrysler "corporate image" up through the FWD turbo cars.

There's actually a fairly simple solution to the side markers. You can see in this picture how close in size the '68 A-body side marker hole is. Now, I clearly drilled an entirely different hole because I wanted to put the '68 marker in a specific location, but if you were less picky it wouldn't take much to reduce the 72+ side marker hole down to a size where the '68 marker will fit. As it is, the '68 markers don't fall through, but they will leave daylight at the corners if you don't do anything.

There are other options too, like, if you use '68 station wagon side markers, they'd cover the main hole entirely and you'd only have to deal with the mounting holes

Chrysler had some interesting options that have larger bezels too...

You can see here they do cover the '72+ side marker hole
