Why would you try to call someone when your number is blocked?

Several times this week I've gotten a call from a "number is blocked." I have not blocked the number, the caller did. Well, guess what? I don't answer those calls. Whoever it was did not leave a message. Hell for all I know, I won the lottery I never bought a ticket for LMAO

kinda like when i get a call from a "private" number
i respect their privacy and simply dont answer

If I don't recognize the number I don't answer. If they don't leave a message then it must have not been very important.:mob::realcrazy:

I don't have a land line anymore, strictly Cellular, when family, friends or work call me their name pops up, if you are not in my contact list and you really need to talk with me leave a message, otherwise the call gets ignored.

I push the fax answer button so they get the tones. They don't listen too long at all.

I have area code 262. While waiting for a phone call from doctors office or hospital tests I needed to schedule, I would answer these unknown numbers for a short time. But I would wait to hear a voice, a REAL voice and not a canned recording. If it was a crap call, then to the reject list it automatically went. Now I know doctor and hospital numbers and saved them. Seriously thinking about going to the Do Not Call list with the gubmint.

My cell has been auto blocking people for a while now. The other day, despite being in my Contacts, it blocked someone.....and did not send them to my voice mail. I bought some E-collars, taking one of the pups to a balanced trainer. I called them several times before this happened. I proceeded to go on a rant about their "sh@t a$$ customer service in all of the Facebook groups they are part of. End of story...I got a $300 upgrade...

I have Verizon prepaid, and so far as I know there is no way for me to block anything on my end.
