Thank you. Yes, that answers the question. This is just my opinion. I think you will find your problem in the master or something in the pedal/ linkage that doesn't alow the pedal to fully return. You can check which it is by creating the locked wheel scenario then unbolting the master (with the lines hooked up) and pulling it away from the firewall far enough to disengage the pushrod (as suggested earlier by someone else). If this releases the brake pressure you have a pedal, linkage and or master compatability issue to sort out. If the pressure remains and can only be released by cracking the line at the master then you likely have a master problem. Residual pressure would create a bit of drag but not hold the wheels and tire
that solid from turning.
