Today is the day I've been waiting 3 yrs. for. I go to court to try & settle a negligence lawsuit. I recieved a shoulder injury that had me out of work for 9 months and I have discomfort to this day.

Maybe I win.... maybe not. We'll see :?

Well, I'm not out of the woods yet.... Today the jury decides if I have a case, which I most definitely do. But I guess everyone whom is in this position feels that way.

Through someone else's negligence, I suffered a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. Then there was complications in the surgery where they accidentally paralized my right lung when they injected the anestesia and caught an artery that led to my lung. I wound up in the hospital 2 days and never recieved the surgery due to the Doctors reluctance to try again. So now I went through 5 months of therapy and I still have discomfort. I will need surgery in the future.

All in all, I lost 9 months of work and chewed up all the cash I had put aside to finish my Barracuda. It's been 3 yrs. and I'm only halfway caught up replenishing the `Cuda fund.

Yeah, I'm pissed. I hope it all works out. :|

You have the same injury as i do,i tore mine up when i was in high school dislocated it a couple times before i had it operated on.
But then i managed to screw it up again a few years later,still gives me trouble once in a whille to this day and i injured almost 15 years ago!

Anyway good luck hope you get what your after! :thumleft:

I wasn't looking to retire on the settlement. I just wanted to get my money back, so to speak..., so I could finish the damn car.

Some days your the pigeon, some days your the statue.... **** happens.
