I purchased a drum to disc conversion kit years ago and just put it on my car a 1970 duster and cannot get it to align properly has anyone had this problem ? And if so what the remedy ?

And as always; what ride height are you at?
Ride height for a Mopar, IIRC, is the difference between the center of the T-bar, and the center of the LBJ , and has nothing to do with the distance from any point on the body or chassis, to the ground plain.
And of course, the factory spec is for a car with a factory rear ride height too.
Just so you know, then, if your back end is jacked up and the front is dropped, it will be impossible to get caster, and you may not get decent camber either. and bump-steer may be atrocious.

If he went from the standard drum brake knuckles and lower ball joints to the 1973-73 style disc brake knuckle and lower ball joints, the toe gets radically different. The Disc lower ball joints have a different amount of offset between the two.
I don't remember which is wider and which is narrower but there is a difference of 1 1/2". That radically affects the toe. The tie rod sleeves have to be rotated a bunch to get the toe back in line.
I measured center to center on a disc brake car and a drum brake car here at the house a couple of years back. I would expect the disc setup to be wider but I'd have to measure to be certain. I recall that one was approximately 48" center to center of the outer toe rod ends, the other was approximately 46 1/2".

Would be helpful if you posted the alignment results and then possible solutions can be suggested.

Problem with Toe, Caster, Camber or all three? What specs are you trying to align too and how far off? Problem on both sides or just one?
