What year and model are you working with there? That looks like it might a 3 speed cam type that you need.

Checking the switch will tell you real quick. Whoa, wait a sec, I thought '72 used the plastic snap in style bushings at all four ends. Have some of these parts been changed over the years? Maybe parts off another car?

Don't dick with the aftermarket parts. Get those bushings from Chrysler if you can.

Unless you like replacing them annually.

First I think you need to figure out exactly which parts you have, so you can get the parts you don't have. Some wiper transmission links, bushings, switches, and wiring are different between the 2 speed and 3 speed models. You can convert one to the other if you get all the parts that are different, but, mixing and trying to make things work, usually doesn't.

Wiper motor will have # on it. Start from there. As already bee mentioned, all pieces need to match 2spd switch/2spd motor. 3spd switch/3 speed motor, and bushings need to match.
As they say at Chinese buffet, "rotsa ruck" , it can be a pain lol.
