I have a pair of 64-5 315 heads that I picked up in a package deal. Can you use these with a 67-up intake? The bolts look smaller. Are there any value to these heads? They will need a rebuild

The 64 and 65 heads have smaller intake bolt holes and at a different angle than 66 and newer small block heads do. You either need a 64-5 intake or modify a standard intake. These heads have some value but just to the guy that needs a stock 64-5 head.

They did come with a 2bbl intake too. I have 920's on my 67 273 2bbl engine and was curious if it was an upgrade.

No, same head, just drilled different with a different part #.

920..they're closed. The diff between the 315 and 920/234/302 is...the 315 is a true heart shape chamber with point.
How that might swirl effect or increase power in itself is theoretical at best..I've not proved anything myself. The 315 usually are about 66 cc. There is only a few cc diff between the open chamber 675 and the closed versions which ALL differ from one another.
