Cam maybe small but it'll drive around town and run the track well, at least IMO. Keep the updates coming.

awesome build the op is doing. Thumperdart has a 71 dart that runs deep into the nines in the 1/4 mile with a low deck 470.

I'm not confident given the info provided you'll be past 600 in your chassis. From my pessimistic perspective you should be close but I'm thinking around 570. But given the tunnel ram and assuming the machinist/builder is solid... Maybe. You'll have to tell us what it runs.

Moper, "In your chassis" meaning at the rear wheels?

I'm thinking 625 at the crank is where I will end up. The cam is a little soft for the build but that is by design. I know I will want to go faster later. When that time comes I will put in a set of 4.56:1 rear gears, 5500 stall and a brake and put a bigger cam in it and turn some serious rpm. Until then I will be happy with weekend bracket racing and fetching groceries.

Being a stroker with a standard port window it won't need a big gear nor will it need a bunch of rpm.

Can wait to see videos of that blasting down the track.

I like it!!!! Looks like a killer set up that will define a true street strip car.
