@GeorgeH ,have you ever used a shrinking disc on a grinder? I see a lot of videos, guys say they work well.

Guess i will do some cleanup, drum of used oil to drop off,old gas pump to deliver and some batteries to recycle. Running around not makin money.

so that 75 duster I was trying to get ahold of …….I offered the guy 4Gs

turns out it wasn't a 318 car as I thought, but rather a factory 360 car.

It has buckets and console and is a factory L code 360 duster ….quite rare

The old guy bought it new and didn't really want to sell so he told me he would sell for 15K and the car is for sure not worth that but he obviously doesn't want to sell so that is over with

In the mean time I found another 75 through a fabo member which is a lot better priced and a good builder.

So there still might be a Cinnamon II

Would have to be REALLY nice for that money.

I have only used one a couple of times. So not really enough time to make a fair assumption or enough time for me to get a handle on the technique. I use a stud gun with a shrinking tip and a rag with water if I really need to shrink. I can see where they would be useful on thicker gauge to warm up a larger area and work it.

So....Now comes the dilemma... I finished the growler, my customer gave me today..( had no plans to drink today )... Well... I guess Im off to the store....fore a few MORE......

My son is a IT tech at the local GM dealer. They also have a auto parts store. He needs pads and rotors on his 2011 Malibu. Cheapest place I could get them was Rock Auto, $160 shipped for painted rotors and ceramic pads with hardware. He can get the same through his work with his discount for $105. Cheap!!! Looks like I'll be doing brakes tomorrow. LOL

You can get oil pumps and pick up tubes at Mancini Racing...

I've also bought pick up tubes at my local NAPA for $20....

I like high volume high pressure oil pumps... If you get a Melling oil pump, they come with a 72 psi spring... The MP ones are lower pressure stock (around 55-65 psi) , but you can get a high pressure spring to bring it up to 75 psi... But if you buy the Melling HV pump, it comes standard with the 72 psi spring...

MP Pump:

Mopar Performance High Performance Oil Pump

Melling standard volume:

Melling Oil Pump

Melling HV pump:

Melling High-Volume Oil Pump

Pick up tube:

Mopar Performance Oil Pickup, 3/8" Pipe
Pick up tube is $16.00 at O'Rilles, , Standard volume pump is $46 bucks
