I need to get busy tomorrow. We have 2 to carve as well. Simple cut outs this year I believe. I have all the decorations and equipment staged in the living room. The smoke machine is filled and the timer set. The strobes are ready and I found the creepy sounds cd. I strung up our sailing skeleton between the trees in the front yard. He travels back and forth on a cord and has moaning sounds. Lots of AA batteries.
