I like their parts very well made have not even had a condenser fail with them. Better than standard for sure. I have a whole box of them that I cant ID I need to put on fleabay. Did pull a set of points out of it for a 1923 tractor though!

Was going to test the current output on the repaired alternator yesterday and it was being regulated to 15.0 - 15.2 Volts.
I'm suspecting the VR-128 may be temperature dependent just like the points types. Voltage seemed to come down as it warmed up. Didn't have time to really get it warm. Just needed to move it out of the way so I could work on the heep, I mean jeep.
The Neon is calling, but it will just have to wait. I might do my pooper scooper job much later...
One of the guys you trust should be able to give you wifi by using their "smartphone" as a hotspot.

Just wanted to compare the lining position on the new brake pads to the old.
Driver side lining sits proud of the rotor.
I trust nothing these days - whether its quality control or substitution of one size fits most to reduce inventory.
Looks like its a difference in placement of the lining, not the calipers. I guess that's good news. Really didn't want to have to exchange the calipers.
The new Metloks lining sits a 1/8 to 1/10 inch higher on the backing plate.

Rock Auto came through nicely on a couple control arms for the Neon. I checked them many times for Duster parts and just never had what I wanted or not the best deal. But this time... Saved about $70 vs Advance or AZ. I could have done better $ from a couple ebay sellers, but for 'no-name' parts. And,... I ordered Thurs evening and had parts yesterday afternoon!

A few surprises, but I expected most of this stuff. I was hoping some of this would wait till this Summer. otherwise, kinda fun working on it. Like working on a toy compared to the Magnum.- in both simplicity and price of parts.

I had a couple different regulators on my Swinger and regardless of brand, they all overcharged in the 15v. range. My buddy Joe got a hold of a few Mopar regulators and I put one on. 14.3-14.6. Standard and Echlin were both bad.Speaking of gambles. Think I'm going to go for this.
