Where did you find the article? Any idea where in Nebraska?

I bet I could nab 3 of what I want and have my friend pick them up, 1 just wouldn't be worth the investment of cost to fraight.

Those 2 door Plymouth wagons make cool rat rods. 52?

I want that 58 Plymouth....❤️
I hear that, but I would like a wagon or a nice old van for my retirement plans, I road in a friend's 70 van a few days ago, he lives in Mississippi, 400 headers and old school cool hot rod van, it was beuityful even with primer spots

I keep scanning through the rows, and all I can think is: "There's another one, and another one- oh, the wife is gonna kill me"...

Alliance Nebraska from what I see. Zip code 69301

I could use a nice non fogged original tinted windshield for one of those early cudas for sure!

Wish I could find an old IHC yard like this. I have one unfindable part that has my C30 basically dead in the water. Stupid steering link seems to be made of unobtainium. Looks like I'm going to be stuck using the elements of makeitworkium to get by.

There was a situation like that when I first moved to rural AZ. Local junkyard operated from 40's to mid 80's (all makes). Land sold, had to sell cars and clear the land !! Showed up offered 500-800 per car that I wanted, had my eye on 5 total. None of which had paper or rolled or were not parted in some way. Owner laughed at me. Wanted double or triple what I offered as soon as I showed interest. Scrapper called in two months later with portable crusher who paid 125. per car but they took them all. I wept. Wasn't it Jim Morrison who sang "people are strange"? Ever since I approach these things with great caution and skepticism. Would love to see an update to this thread if anyone goes up there to talk to sellers.

It’s a nice looking, well organized yard with lots of room. Too bad for getting rid of them. I see many cars there, all the early eight bodies, that I would love to save and stash somewhere. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. So many of them could be put back together. Too bad they can’t all be moved somewhere
