Give it a few days to a week. Take long hot showers with a shower massage if you have one. You can use Icy Hot to help it out. It may not be as far out of adjustment as it is a muscle issue like a spasm. We have a rice sock that helps. It is an old sock full of rice and we heat it in the microwave for a min. You can wrap it around your neck and it feels so good. Ibuprofen or Tylenol. You can always get back into the chiro as needed. THey may be able to do a muscular stimulation (E-stim) to loosen the muscles. I have a battery powered one that I use from time to time.

It was very bad yesterday, worse tan before the visit... He really beat me up....

It is feeling a little better today, but not much...

I have another appt tomorrow and hoping that one will help get me to no pain sitting or standing... He has a machine that maps your spine and hits each vertebrae to align them... Then traction and electric shock... Maybe it won't hurt as much with a few more visits...

It does feel like it's better aligned than when I started, it's going in the right direction, but still more to go....

Sounds like you are on the road to recovery. I have had a few times where it took almost a week to get over it.

Whenever I have pain, I just get my Viet Girlfreind to Maassage me.. Seems like it works well....When I'm there, of course...:BangHead::BangHead:

Almost 10 hours in shop, i think i have every wire i need through firewall, front lights are working, next is 3 wires to back of truck and i may be done with almost all of the electrical. Power point,dome light and heated seats left.

may least on the nerves. Our country is up to a 20 percent rate of infection of our total population. Highest in the state and one of the highest in the country supposedly. 1/5 people in the country currently infected wi the Covid. Oh and now they decide to send the kids back to school Monday, wtf. The hospital which has normally 1100 ICU beds(they’re a regional trauma hospital) is at 400 percent capacity. They’ve shuttered all services but Covid and maternity.

Wow, I wont go into all the other stuff except for the school thing.. I dont get that! Most of our metro schools are back to distance learning. Only a handful are hybrid. More are going to distance learning.. A lot of things still dont make sense with this crap and I dont believe the numbers they are projecting. As Forest says, thats all I got to say about that.

Ours went e learning starting two days ago and now we’re going back... makes no sense
 
See, i knew i would forget something. Horn power wire. Think i will tag it off the starter with a fuse link wire. Maybe move brake light feed to that as well.
 
Well....... I smelled rat, did some digging and it was a scam. Put a hold and pins on the 2 prepaid cards so didnt lose the money. We will see what happens.
