I'm doing good, everyday seems a little better.
I have a annoying dry cough that can stick around for a few weeks.
Other than that I'm feeling good, getting stronger, and being waited on hand and foot.
Good to hear the Tax lady is treating you well.
She was so scared last week, having me home she didn't let me out of her sight the first few days.
She's getting better...haha!!
Our post office is now closed because of it Not good.

I'm sure you can mail from another facility, but wonder how you'd receive mail/packagers?
Get a temporary PO box??
PO box is at the post office so That wont work. Have one around 40 miles away to send out mail. No idea about incoming or how it will work. Never saw this one coming.
My buddy has been on vacation, just got told to stay home til jan 6. Aparrently someone has covid in his department, and to protect him he needs to stay clear. If manager gets it, there will be no one to run the place. Being public works, there has to be someone in charge.
It will be interesting to see which vital resources (electric, cable now is, trucking, etc)
if covid hit the public works department, it would cripple the community.
500 miles of municipal roads to keep clear of snow. So they split up the oprators and run alternating shifts.
Good call on that. This is the first "major" thing I have seen closed. Hurts me hard on incoming mail.

Morning all. I tore up my thermostat gasket trying to swap thermostat into new water pump! Arghh. Looks like I get to make a run into Dodge dealer for OEM gasket. Likely still Chinese but my odds are better.
Good Morning, made it to another Friday. Supposed to head up north (yeah, another attempt), but now Mom says she isn't feeling good...sigh. Will have to see how she feels this morning. Might get put off yet again. If so, no plans on what to do for the weekend. Went record (yes Vinyl) with my son last night. Bought some great old ones. Sinatra and The Platters....

I definately know a few people that could not handle it at all.
My local post master general is also in my Guard unit. This Covid is the reason behind the delays, not the dang “budget cuts”, which were NOT actual cuts but rather a reduction to the INCREASES the Post Office had requested. They still got MORE funding he said just not as much as they wanted..
My local PO is also severely crippled by Covid, part of the reason Tim’s package is still on the way, 3 weeks later
