Stop in for a cup of coffee

Looks like the Ice is starting. Already a coating will have a few more hours of it.

Once you get away from NYC NY is great. I loved growing up on Long Island. Lots to do, Beaches were always within ten miles. Out east was still like country lots of potato fields. Up state was very rural. So I get it.

Now here in PA away from big cities is like Mayberry RFD. Rural.

Oh yeah Morning all!
We're living in rural Mayberry RFD. It's so quiet out here it's spooky sometimes.
Go to town a few minutes away has everything we need.
It's typical Mayberry, no stop lights through the whole town, a store, a bank, city hall, Mexican restaurant, gas station, liquor store, rural fire station, grade school, and a town cop.
We love it!!

I have a Fisher 800C, pretty old, pretty smooth. Klipschorn speakers will sound kinda harsh if you play anything but analog vinyl thru tubes on them.

@71340Duster Have you heard about Critesspeakers.com He makes titanium diaphragms for Klipsch tweeters and midrange speakers, takes the harshness out that Klipsch is known for, changed them out on my KG-4's and they sound better than ever. He also makes crossover kits.

I'm fairly new to Klipsch, have owned some RB5's, currently have a KSW-15 sub for movies and to help with the Magnepans. I also had a pair of KG4's I believe, they had a 10" passive radiator in the back, sounded very nice!

Steve where are you in NY?

Here town is about 8 miles from here not that many stores really and only one light.

Not looking like it will be too bad here. Couple hours from now it will be too warm and supposed to keep raining. So will probably all melt. The big question will be how wet it is to refreeze tonight.

Nice stuff, I've got a Klipsch RD-12D sub, Sansui AU / TU 717, SE-7 Equalizer. I swap to a AU-11000A and TU-9900 every once in a while, for ***** and giggles. It's all at my son's house till I find a bigger Home.

I forgot the rule, pix or it never happened. Coolest hat ever!

I can see why the tussle over that.
Thought from your description it was a little more finished, like a "canadian" cap or a Daniel Boone type cap.
Ever go to the dog park after putting mink or boot oil on leather boots?
Every other dog is sniffing, trying to roll on your feet.

Morning all .
In keep with my New Years Resolutions
I posted in the Blue Room instead of here.
Gee I guess my choices don't meet the standards in there.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
Thanks, I'm afraif to look. Gonna just enjoy my coffee and then make breakfast..

Still sunny here. Go get your groceries while the going is good!
