Just got pics of my new 'Cuda. B5/B5, black scoops & stripes, 383, 4 spd, bench seat w/ headrests, build sheet. Only rust is lower 1/4's, few small holes in trunk & lower valence. Pretty stoked, since they only made 130 of these. Anyone know what the value of these might be? Here's an article on a restored one.

Thanks

that looks really nice~!!! may i ask how much you paid for it?

Sorry, don't want to divulge that, but I can say I think I got a good deal, especially considering how solid the floors & underside is. The glass & trim are in great shape. I'm the 3rd owner & the guy I got it from is trying to locate any original paperwork. Glad he stored it indoors since the mid 80's & removed the carpets, so no condensation would rust the floors. It'll look good next to my 68 Red 383 S.

Wow, you`re the second one this week. Nice car........I guess it`s all there? Looks like a keeper, definitely one of the more rare A-body cars. The market is so unstable right now it`s hard to say what the car is worth.

That looks like a cool car! I'm the low baller on the board but I would say the value maybe between $7,000 to $12,000 if the paper work is in order. Build sheet, fender tag, title, most of the original engine parts are there. I have a 68 and trying to put them back stock really cost a lot of money if parts are missing.

great for u i know how u feel i felt that way when i found my 69 #'s matching 340 swinger only needing lwr qtrs also good luck with her......superdart340

Very Nice car! I wish I had a big block four speed car!!

Nothing small about a stroker small block, my friend. My friend's 416 T/A is a beast. Always wanted a 340 & was gonna stroke my T/A, but sold the project. Anyway, this 'Cuda will look cool next to my 383 4 spd S. Here's after & before shots. Had a ton of rust issues, so after 6 mos of metal work, it now has room for 3.25 ET Streets in the back w/ Cal Tracs, fiberglass fenders, hood & bumpers. May install my 68 478 Hemi & make it a super stock clone. Still is all matching #'s 383 4 spd car.

great score!

I'd say worth about 8-10 grand unrestored in a strong economy.

My buddy has a black on black 69 fastback, 383, 4 spd, sure grip car.
He's the original owner, but the car is a total rust bucket from a long life in Minnesota.
Every body panel needs replaced or repaired due to rust.

He had some solid offers approaching 9-k but he will not budge and his is much, much worse off than yours.

P.S. that red fastback is really tough looking.
