Looking to buy 2 front hubs for my Scarebird Disc brake upgrade. 5x4" bolt pattern with 9" drum spindles. Old hubs were toast, outer bearing races wore the hub down quite a bit and now its too sloppy. Thanks, Casey

Hey Hey, In the middle of a Scarebird disc brake conversion and my hubs are shot. The outside race on both wheels wore down the hub and are now extremely loose. Is there a source for new hubs?

I'm not opposed to the 10" drums, I just hate the fact I already did everything and now am screwed. Don't you need to source a new spindle for the 10"?

To go from 2 1/4" diameter to 3" diameter, i believe they would need to take off 3/8" all away around which would remove the lip of the wheel that I've heard gives a good deal of structure and rigidity to the wheel

I believe the RCD have poly bushings, so they don't really squish down like rubber would. I installed flat washers instead of the cup washers on the rear springs because the cup washers didn't look like they would be the right fit for the shape of the new bushings, and it didn't come with...

Just put new front and rear RCD Bilstein shocks on my 63 Valiant and the car is now sooo squeaky. Lubed the back because they were harder to get on. They squeak. Didn't lube the front and they squeak. Do I have to live with this?

Lost one of my dust caps on my 63 Valiant and can't find new ones anywhere. Anyone have any for sale? I'd be interested in 2 clean ones as the one remaining is pretty battered. Thanks, Casey

Bummer, wonder if it would be easier to get new wheels for the rear or keep the wheels and get SBP axles to fit the 8 1/4, if they are even available. Would prefer to do as little as possible.

Trying this again. Looking for a complete rear-end for my 63 Valiant. 8 1/4, sure grip. would prefer something in the low 3's so i can maintain decent gas mileage. Looking for something complete with SBP that will bolt right in. Don't want to have to move perches. Live in Northern California...
