Don't use vinyl. No matter what you do they only have a 5 year life span. Use paint, will last much longer, gives a cleaner look, and care is easier.

Glad your car arrived. I used to haul cars across country and was never more than 3 hours late on pick-up or delivery. On that a gave the customer a refund. Late is unacceptable.

I used old cassette tape cases for the smaller pieces, found a plastic fish knife case for the thicker pieces, used plastic weld to even out the seams (still working on that) and a two part plastic weld for the joints.

While I am not done rebuilding the grill, I think it is starting to look like a grill. Been time consuming but worth it.

I have a 1974 Duster with a broken grill, also has some pieces missing. While the broken sections can be "welded" back together, have any of you cast missing parts, made them in some way or used 3D printing? If so how did you do it and how did it look? Thanks.

The floors are even solid, there is no rust through except both lower quarters. Told VT. has an easy way to get a Title if I cannot get a form signed by the owner of record in Washington.
