    Slow gauge

Hi there, i have a new mechanical Autometer oil pressure gauge that reads accurate but very slow to react, it's fed by a copper line that isn't kinked but seems to be smaller in diameter than the nylon tube supplied with gauge, i will change the feed line to check if it's the problem but just...

    Simple part made of gold

I needed to pinch a part from another of my cars today to get this one going, so tonight i was going to order the part to replace it and to my surprise i think there made of real gold , the price certainly reflected it. I think i will cut and fold one myself. It probably don't even need the...

The other month i had to remove the right hand side extractor to fix my oil lines, i had used Remflex gaskets 6027 , this engine hasn't been fired with them so just torqued up to the 20ft they recommended, anyway getting to the point, the bloody thing separated at #8 and stuck to the extractor...

3/8 sender pick up tube conversion

Hi all, today i got enough parts together to convert my sender to 3/8, from the old 5/16 tube. I had done this around 25 years ago to another car after reading a mopar mag with the write up on it. Not sure if anyone still does this today with all the options available in fuel systems. So...

    Long/short slip yoke

Can someone school me on 727 slip yokes, I have 3 long yokes and one short, the short is the better condition of the four, the splines seem to be equal length on all four. I'd like to use the short one but it's the odd one out so that tells me the longer is better. Any advice please.

    Just like Trailbeast YouTube channel

Hi all just starting to put a few mopar related videos up on YouTube, they will most likely be few and far between and just done on my phone. This one today is how to cheaply remove the pin style terminals from the housing with a pop rivet. Thanks.

This is for anyone that has Milodon 30940 pan and the corresponding dipstick 22060 that don't want to run the pan to full oil capacity and find that the dipstick is a bit short, for around a dollar you can fix it without to much drama, you'll need a length of 3/32 or 2.4mm stainless steel tig...
