These are left hand threaded bolts. I don’t know anyone around where I live who would carry them. I will check at Ace hardware on Monday

Thank you in advance for any and all help. Well I was putting 8 3/4 clutch pack back together and when I was bolting the 2 half’s together one of the case bolts broke. So I need to know if anyone knows where I can get these bolts.

I currently have a 62 Valiant Wagon with the original /6 and push button transmission. I am wanting to replace that with a V8 but keep the push button setup. My question is would it be possible to take a V8 model 904 transmission that is not a push button and swap all the parts from /6 to the V8...

Up I finally got my transmission back with a new TC and everything drops in like it is suppose to. Thanks for all the help and assistance Now when it quits raining I'll try and get it installed

Here is the latest I took the tranny back to the rebuilder he tried to put the TC in and said it is the wrong TC. He kept the tranny and TC said he will get it worked out and get me the right TC to fit my tranny. So we will see

Here r the numbers I have on my tranny Bell houseing 075-5 On the flat plate it looks likes 9C271and cannot make out the last threedigits Side of transmission number 3410075-5 That's all the numbers I can see

I thing I figured it out the spline on my rebuilt tranny has more teeth smaller gap. The slant tranny has bigger gap. Someone tell me if I'm seeing this correctly

Update I just took the TC for a 904 /6 I have laying around and it will not drop in either the. I took the /6 TC and but in the spare tranny it fell right into place. Then I took the new TC and put it in the /6 tranny and it went it as it is suppose to but neither one will fit in my newly...

Just went and checked it it wasn't in park but I tried it Park and still won't go in

Just tried it laying the tranny down and with a block of wood at the back it still will just not go in

I have been working this thing back and forth for over 2 hours it just don't want to go. Thanks I will keep working it I counted the spines on the trans and the TC both are the same numbers.
