So for an internal balance I can just bring my crank rods and pistons and have them balance that? What do I need for a flex plate and dampener? Or do I bring them as well? Also does the crank pistons and rods need to be put together or do they do that when they balance it?

Can you use any hydraulic lifter with any cam? They don't make the 20-227-4 in a kit that includes the lifters.

I am going to square deck the block to 0 deck to raise my compression, but do I need to change push rods or mil the intake at all?

On a 360, if you deck the block to make the pistons at 0 deck height, what else has to change or be machined? Will the push rods work and the intake line up? Please all the info I could get would be great. Thank you Brad

I'm not sure what year the cut off is but some J heads came with 1.88 intake and some came with 2.02 intake. Some others can tell you pretty easy.

With this setup what is the biggest cam I can run and still be somewhat streetable?

Do they make a cam and lifter set for this. The only XE285HL I see is for big block in the Kits?

But as far as performance goes is a hydrolic that much less than solid?
