I run Jheads on my 318, milled, only because they were free. I personally would have went another route. The poster above doesn't have many problems due to the 3,800 stall converter, 3.91s and nitrous...so it kinda makes up for the low velocity and lack of compression in a non-milled j-head 318.

mine is mounted on my heater box in the interior. cool, dry, low vibration...keeping everything an electrical component hates to a minimum

i have a hurst/summit solenoid line lock, mine blocks fluid flow to the rear brakes using my horn button

Me too! I absolutely do. Now i certainly have nothing remotely fast. however, it's gone 'this' fast...right here, on paper, known for a fact. Thats great someone can have a '500hp 350'...yea well he may be running street tires, cant drive it wortha crap and he gets spanked by something less...

sounds like fun. i just seem to prefer the fun of forced induction, theres a sb stroker twin turbo cuda that laid down 895rwhp. thats sounds like a riot! i think last time i hear he was doing low low 5's in the 8th mile. cookin!

thats alright ill just keep adding to my pile just fine. magnum/roller 360 and hair drier to build around. ;) just waitin to start working for BMW and ill get to building things a little faster. I'll be looking for a more all around street car, rather than just a drag car...thats street legal...

x2 i had about a years worth of smack talking with a guy i went to school with. it took him picking a track day where i had to work and 'couldnt make it' for him to go. every other day i was free, he wasn't. so he went with some mutual friends of ours that all knew i was high tailin it there...

Kinda hard to say these days, depends on what you run into on the street. new stock mustangs will dip a high 13/low 14. There are some quick moving factory cars out there, its kinda borderline. Almost need the '12' atleast to raise an eyebrow these days.
